RENTERS: Account setup cannot be completed online. The homeowner must relinquish their membership privileges to their tenant by completing the Membership Card Application prior. Once completed, please visit the Avendale Village Clubhouse located at 1 Daisy, Monday - Sunday 9AM - 5PM to receive your username and password. A photo id and proof of residency (rental agreement) is required.

Membership Cards

Your Ladera Ranch membership card is your ticket to all the amenities Ladera Ranch has to offer, except the skate park (a separate card is required). You will need your card to get into the pools and clubhouses. Come down to the Leasing Office to get your membership card 7 days a week from 9AM to 6PM.

April 28th - Community Garage Sale/ E-Waste Collection Event

11AM-3PM (E-Waste Collection Event) @ Ladera Ranch Middle School

After the Garage Sale, bring your old computers, electronics and your prized junk that does not sell to the collection event. In partnership with the Goodwill Industries.

 

In observance of the 4th of July holiday, the leasing office will be closed.  We will re-open on Tuesday, July 5th for normal business hours of 9-6.
